Learn how to create a 2.5D Parallax Photo effect in Photoshop. We’ll be using a single image and a dust texture/video.
We will only be using Photoshop CC to achieve this Parallax Photo effect. This one is very basic and easy to follow along. I decided to go with a subtle zoom effect, nothing too quick. But feel free to experiment with different settings to create the effect you’re looking for. Have fun bringing your images to life!
