In today’s episode I will show you a fun way to create a galaxy effect using the filter gallery, filters and nebula images, in Photoshop.
There’s many different way to complete this effect. You can apply the effect by using a threshold filter, which looks great! But a lot of the time your image will not work correctly. So I will show you how to apply the same effect by using the filter gallery in Photoshop. This approach allows you to have more control over the black and whites in your image. I hope you enjoy this technique! If you did, don’t forget to head over to our YouTube channel and smash that subscribe button for more!
When using the Filter Gallery, we want to keep as much detail as possible.
Reason being, is that without the detail the final image the person won’t be as visible when adding the nebula images.
